What a visit costs, and what decides it
We don't print prices, because the number depends on your house and the pest. This is what is behind it, and what you'll have in hand before you say yes.
What decides the price
Pest work is priced by the house, not only by the pest. Four things move the number most.
Which pest, and how long it has been there
The size of the house, and of the yard if the yard is part of the job
How many gaps need sealing, and how high or tight the access is
How many check visits it takes
What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't
The written estimate lists the inspection, every gap we plan to seal and with what, any monitors or stations, the treatment if one is needed, and the check visits.
Not included: carpentry or moisture repair, unless the estimate lists it
Not included: attic insulation or cleanup beyond what we name
Not included: termites, bed bugs or wildlife
What happens at the visit
The estimate visit is at no charge. We walk the outside and inside, show you what we find and write the number down. No work starts until you have said yes in writing. The visit covers one house within our service area and takes about 90 minutes.
After hours
This is booked work, so nobody answers the phone at night and there is no night rate. Texts are read on weekdays and answered the next business day if they arrive after 5 p.m. If a nest is blocking a door, call when the office opens and say so, and we'll move it to the top of the day.
When you get the number
In writing, after the inspection and before any work starts. Sealing, treatment and each check visit are separate lines, so you can see what each costs and decline any of them.
Want a written quote?
It starts with a walk through the house. We show you what we find and write the number down before any work begins.
